I did the Humaworm cleanse before I started liver flushing. Humaworm was so strong my Psoriasis got worse. The said it was die off, but I found out later on when I did my first flush it was because of the ingredients of Humaworm that were still inside my liver. No I am not trying to scare you of. Humaworm is that strong, So if you might have worms they will definitely go away, but don't be scared about the power of it.

It is also important to have a good diet, if you keep on eating the wrong stuff, and I mean allot of filthy stuff, all flushes are useless. but then again, it also is important to know how old you are, what is your weight those kind of things they can play a huge roll in the process of doing any cleanses
