I made a few alterations to the plan as stated, with good results.
First, I took 3 servings of 1 cup grapefruit/epsom instead of 4 3/4 servings.
I don't understand. How much is a serving and did you take 3 servings all at once? Did you take any oil?
Second, based on the success my brother had - When it was time to take what would have been the 4th 3/4 serving - instead I took a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a few drops of Christophers blazing cayenne extract in some distilled water. Careful here, you're gut is empty and you will feeeeeel the cayenne, so moderate.
Worked very very well. The mix seems to help squeeze out the liver - I got a nice amount of stones out again.
I still don't understand. So instead of taking any oil you took the vinegar and cayenne in dist. water? And did that replace the olive oil?
What are the time frames you used to take these drinks?
Do you start at say 8:00 P.M. with the first 3/4 serving of one cup grapefuit with Epsom Salts
(how much epsom?) Then an hour later another dose of the same? then another hour later did you then take the Vinegar/cayene/dis. water? And that caused you to get rid of the gall stones?
