I had all my Amalgams
removed nearly 3 years ago and I really noticed a difference. Even though my health had really improved with the liver flushing, I was still getting lots of sore throats. Well guess what? No more sore throats. Since that time till just recently I have not even had a cold. (I got lazy with the gallbladder flush and the stones built up again wearing down my immune system recently).
I had them done by a holistic dentist. I had them replaced with a non-toxic composite. They muscle tested me to see which one was the best for me. I had one root canal
tooth towards the back and had it pulled out as I read that the worst bacteria in your body live there and you can't seal them in or entirely clean them out.
I am totally thrilled that I went ahead and had it done and could notice the improvement to my health. It seemed the last major thing I needed to do to get healthy. BUT, just be warned that I have developed really sensitive teeth. Maybe it doesn't happen to everyone but I have heard of others. Sweet things mainly really affect me. It's like the composite acts as a transmitter straight to my nerves. It's a good way to stay off sweets I tell you! I am about to go back to my dentist to see if there is something they can be coated with.
And I do miss the tooth I had removed (second from the back, top left) as it means only chewing on one side. So one day when I have the money, I intend to get a titanium implant. I've heard these are totally non-toxic and so far the only negative I've heard is that they affect the acupuncture points or something like that.
