Most likely it is your detoxing process
beginning. I do not pay attention much
but ran my tongue around my mouth and
sure, it does not *feel* as it normally
does, but it feels normal for fasting.
You can brush or scrape your tongue as
often as you like.
I like to use a straw. Mostly to minimize
the lemon juice and maple syrup on my
teeth. I also rinse my mouth with plain
water after a glass of the lemonade.
Do not reduce the cayenne. It is an important
part of the lemonade and many of us try to
up it as our body tolerates it more...
