Hi:
When your tongue is pink again, does that mean your body is done detoxing? I'm only on day 6 (day 7 soon, I guess) and my tongue seems to be back to normal.

This is a reply to # 896,798It's just plain ole common sense that you are not goint to detox a lifetimes worth of stuff in 6 days. Not even 40 days. It takes the system 3 to 4 days just to empty itself and 7 +/- to just "start" adapting to fasting and another 7 +/- days to fully adapt to fasting and theeen is when the actual real cleansing at the cellular level >begins<. Sooooooo........................
Even after a 40 dayer you still have a long ways to go in the rebuilding process after the fast with what you put back into the system and doing all the other cleanses that address specific parts like the liver colon etc.
Press on. There ain't no shortcuts.
