my teeth were professonally cleaned rather recently. i was proud of it - nice and shiny and white. then few days ago, i saw a stain ring and a stain bubble on my upper front teeth. this is the second time my teeth became stained.

i tried to think what caused it- i drink manly water and maybe a fruit smoothie where i rinse my teeth out almost immediately. i eat mostly vegetables and some whole wheat bread. so i ran out of ideas. it is only my front teeth being stained. if i was to eat/drink something the lower teeth would be more affected.

so now i was wondering- perhaps the oil pulling is getting the toxins within my tooth out and it is showing on the teeth. is this a viable possibility?
