i actually enjoy taking the humaworm. i started the humaworm about 7 days ago. i am very conscientious about taking it and doing it properly.

i make sure when taking the humaworm, i have at least an hour to wait before eating. i also make sure after eating, i wait 3 hours before taking the humaworm. is this correct? or is 2 hours sufficient?

but what about drinking liquids? - i am not sure of the time factor - how long to wait after drinking liquids before taking the humaworm ... and how long to wait after drinking to take the humaworm?

two parasite questions.

when can i anticipate to see parasites? (i know only 20% is visible).

also i noticed yesterday i felt a little queasy then i went to the bathroom.  upon eliminating my stool, i noticed the color and consistency dramatically changed to a very light brown color and a vary different texture. i do not know how to describe it.
any thoughts or comments?

also i notice my anus was itchy a few times the last 2 days.
