hi all,
ok this is my day 3, i've managed two days on my magic water...........hey that's good stuff you know lol! i had about half a cup of apple tea yesterday and am managing 3-4 bottles x 750 mls of the electrolyte water. i do believe it has made a difference, i've tried fasting on water before and even after a day i feel incredibly weak however this time i have definitely felt better. i started at 180lbs and i'm down to 175lbs this morning so 5lbs in 2 days is good progress for me. i know some of you say it's just water weight but i tend to disagree, i know that even after a couple of days my trousers are looser and some of the fat from my middle has disappeared.........i guess we're all different and some lose quicker than others.
anyway i've 18 days left to lose 25 lbs so am most definitely going to have to try to stick to water as best i can. i may do juice on my work days which are wednesday and thursday, as i figure i'll need the energy. if i don't make it to 150 then i'm not bothered as long as i give it my best shot then i'll be happy if i get to 155 or near there :)
anyway how's everyone else getting on, has anyone else managed to stay on the wagon since july 1st........i know it's really hard and the only thing that's spurring me on is my penpal meeting. i've bought my train ticket so there's no getting outta it now lol!
