Since completing my fast, my body wants the following things:
Fatty Fish (I've been eating Salmon every day since I broke my fast on Sunday)
Greens & Veggies
Fats (good oils, peanut butter).
I have no desire for starchy carbohydrates or fruit. A TBS of Olive Oil, a TBS of BSM, glass or two of my Master-Cleanse
Lemonade is enough for me until 12pm. I have a salad in the afternoon and, maybe, a protein & veggie meal in the evening. Before bed I have a TBS or two of peanut butter.
Has anyone else experienced this? Did you have good cravings or bad cravings? Would you say this is a sign of the body asking for what it needs to rebuild?
