A Liver Flush
flushes out your liver and one flush can be done in a little more than 12 hours. You begin at 6:00 p.m. and end at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. (There are several variations of this flush, too.) You flush until you see no more stones.
You are right that when you do a liver flush, it cleanses your bowels, but it only cleans out that food you have just eaten.
A Colon Cleanse
takes more time. It loosens up the gunk that has accumulated on the sides of your colon and that just doesn't happen overnight. Bentonite
clay is wonderful at getting rid of all the debris. I always like to give this example.....If you are like most people, you have eaten a lot of white bread in your lifetime. Right? Well, the same flour that goes into white bread is the same flour that I would mix with a little water when I was a little girl to make a paste for my paper dolls. So, that same white flour becomes attached to the insides of your colon. Sounds yucky? Well, it is. Mucoid plaque is the accumulation of the debris. It may take many months to rid your body of that mess.
Hope this helps.
