those were all stones with simply different pigmentation from the other compounds in the liver - anythign that floats is fatty, and stones are fatty. Some people think they're supposed to be hard but no, nothing hard gets into the liver, altho a couple rare instances of calcium stones I think have reportedly resulted from liver flushes.
so you had a successful flush! Which means waiting at least 2 weeks until your next one. Some health practioners say to wait a month. As long as you're cleansing your colon thoroughly post-flush and doing some lymph cleansing then flushing every 2 weeks can be viable, but some people say the stones need more time to declump and move forward in the gallbladder.
