I love eating raw butter, but since I have real trouble with grains, I actually don't know where to spread it. The only grain I am currently able to tolerate is rice, so I tried rice cakes and they are OK, but I know from Nourishing Traditions that rice cakes and other puffed grains are quite unhealthy, so I'd prefer to avoid these if possible. I try not to eat cooked foods so potatoes are not the ideal solution either.
Where do I spread my butter? Any suggestion?
