One way to really keep things moving is with a salt water
flush in the morning. Cheap, fast and easy!
When you first get up drink 1 quart
of water with
2 teaspoons of Sea Salt
added drink with in 10 minutes.
Needs to be done first thing on an empty stomach.
This will empty the stomach and small intestine's
really fast and move thing along without having
to wait for hours.
You can eat what ever after 5 minutes after finishing the
water. It will be out of the stomach doing its job
You can do this every morning as needed.
