I have been wanting to cleanse my liver for about 6 months now. I keep putting it off for this or that or the other thing. There is never going to be a "good" time, a convenient time.
It is almost 5:00PM Alaska Time and I am going to the store right now to buy a bunch of apples, grapefruits, olive oil, Epsom Salts
I am going to eat apples all night and try like the dickens not to smoke those disgusting cigarrettes that I am addicted to.
I am going to wake up and eat a high carb breakfast. And lunch. Then I will follow the plan, even though my times will be all wierd because I a "night" person.
Hoping to help out my splotchy skin, bloated gut, depressed feeling, lack of concentration, dull, dry hair, heartburn, etc., etc.
PLEASE give me any tips, I will check in before I actually start. I am scared but just gonna do it.
