grafting: if you are talking about taking tissue from another part of your mouth and putting there, it is painful and it only lasts about 5 years ideally.
maybe bonding, but you will have to remove some tooth.

If you take skin from dead people, the body is going to treat it like any other foreign object and build antibodies to it. so, i don't recommend that.
my cousin had some skin taken from the roof of her mouth and put where she had a receding gumline. they told her it will last 5 to 8 years.
when you add tissue like that, the body absorbs it over time.
hydrogen peroxide should help, just don't use it too much because it can cause sensitivity.
i hope the apagard works. i would use neydent, too.
I recommend the Neydent because I have been using it close to 15 yrs and I feel it is the best toothpaste in the world. Apagard may be better, haven't tried it. I recommend it for all the reasons it lists about it. It holds up to it's claims.
