The other night after some intense writing, I checked the bp and it was in typical creative-energy mode of over 170/110. And it can stay this way for weeks if once up
unless something is done, which seems the sensible thing to do with all the hype about the "silent killer". After 5-10 minutes of lying down and taking slow deep breaths, it fell to a tame 125/78 and has stayed there for days. Suggest deep breathing to bring yourself down g whether in traffic, at work, after a row with a partner, a creative rush of energy, whatever--before hitting that spendy, unhealthy pill bottle.
