Hi jood, while am a believer that occasional cleansing is beneficial for almost everyone, I do agree with your comment that "this
Bowel Cleanse thing is much more necessary and has more dramatic results for those who are chronically constipated and have had long-term poor eating habits".
Unfortunately, many, if not most people don't enjoy the same level of regularity that you and your husband do, and for them more frequent colon cleansing becomes a necessity if they want to maintain good health.
You would be amazed if you could see how much impacted waste many people are carrying around inside themselves. I work in the office of a naturopathic doctor and I administer enemas and
colonics to his patients, as well as to clients who schedule with me on their own.
So I see it first-hand. A bowel packed with waste matter is not something theoretical, rather it's a fact of life many people suffer with. Poor eating habits, lack of exercise, and a lifestyle that doesn't provide enough sleep and free time to eliminate without worrying about having to hurry on the toilet are major contributors.
But there is also the reality that not everyone is born with a colon with strong peristalic function, and for these people, even if they eat well and live a healthy lifestyle, they can benefit greatly from regular cleansing.
Sincerely, Valerie
