Wow, it seems so long since I've had a meal or a snack that wasn't juice. But one thing I am accomplishing with this is breaking a dependence/ addiction/ compulsion to eat mindlessly all day long. I see good things to eat (there are always free food and goodies at the office fr'instance) and I say to myself, when I am ready to eat there will be food. There's no rush. I didn't see the scale move the last two days (so took a big dose of senna tea) but my clothes are falling off me. I had put all the clothes I had "outgrown" into a big trash bag so I wouldn't have them in my closet mocking me, and hid it in the basement. This weekend, only a month later, I will be unearthing and organizing my small clothes. YAY!
