Infected Tonsils in Water Fast
Hello everyone,
I’m here because I decided to do my first fast (water fast day 3) I am hoping to make it to 7-10 days. I believe I am experiencing a healing crisis, the first day of my fast I decided to do so cardio to help my body expell the toxins about an hour or so after my workout my right tonsil started to become inflamed and infected. I thought about going to the doctor to get so Antibiotics but opted against it as I figured this could just be detoxification (I gargled with salt water instead) it helped to take some of the infected mucous off of my tonsil. I sleps terribly that night as the pain in my throat progressed, I was sweating even though the fan was on. The morning of the second day both of my tonsils were infected. I continued to gargle with salt water and I got the same results as the day before (a little mucus off of my tonsils). I figured I needed to keep sweating so I did another 45mins of cardio(mostly walking but with a sweat top on). Day three my right tonsil is less infected but still inflamed, my left tonsil is infected and inflamed, and my uvula is red and sore along with the rest of my throat. My neck is also very sore. I have had problems with my throat and tonsils since I was child and I am hoping detoxification and healing is was I’m experiencing. I searched all over the internet and I can’t find anyone with even a remotely similar experience. Please help! Should I keep sweating or just stay in bed? I do intend on powering through this. When you fast, no exercise, drink warm water or hot like tea, and keep warm. Try not to use salt for a few days. If it does not help do dry fast for a few days.

Julia, if you are strictly talking about tonsils, best thing for tonsils is Sea Salt and warm water gargles, even better would be to add a few drops of Iodine to it. But if you are fasting then I would not put anything in my mouth except water.

Even with all my anti-aging practices, I still had one issue: MY LYMPH.
I see this lymph accumulation on SO many people. Many just accept it as 'aging'.
But 'aging' is when you get nasio-labial lines, and howdy-doody lines, when the skin is extremely thin. The skin is folding like paper.
My lines are being made by excess thickness- from lymph!
I've been practicing lymph massage with my hands (there's many videos on it). And they do work!
However, lymph moves from the middle of the face, horizontally to the hair line, and down the neck.
The major problem why they are so clogged up is because area around my ears isn't moving!
Just one night of not sleeping well, or something that bothers my digestion would give me this puffy face.
Then I started using a jade roller, I fell in love, and knew that I would use it forever.
You roll across your face, the same way that you give yourself a lymph drainage massage. But WHY your lymph moves so much better.
Jade has been used in anti-aging regimes by orientals for ages.
On the first use, I could see my face slim down, and the tenderness subside around my ears from stagnating lymph.
If it moves there, it all moves!

Bones popping grinding sore muscles in morning maybe my iodine/supplement protocol?
Question: You guys ever get bones popping/snapping/grinding while taking Iodine (on about 25mgs a day) (or from Candida)and it accompanying suppliments? Been reading that people suffering candida cleared things up with Iodine so read up on the protocol (including salt loading, Vitamin c & d, a probiotic, some digestive enzymes, magnesium, selenium and some anti microbials and caprylic acid). But my bones/cartilidge have been grinding and popping around my shoulders and neck for most of the month I've been on the protocol, muscles have been sore in the morning too .
Have been trying to massage my lymphs and drain them via Epsom Salt baths and lots of water but wondering if they're clogged (possibly with die-off?)and causes some of these problems... though I could be way off on that.
Any insight would be appriciated. Thanks -

Can someone have candidiasis WITHOUT outward symptoms like yeast infections? Because i do not have this problem, but i've heard that most have an overgrowth of candida that can even become deadly. Most articles seem to include that its a yeast infection though. Is it possible for it to only reside in intestines, as ive heard it does, or heart or lungs? Would like to add, there has been a possible appearance, bc ive had a chronic vestibular disorder (central vestibular disorder and migranous vestibular disorder) which are ear disorders, since 2006. Very rarely every few yrs, i will have a mix of white and earwax come out of my worst ear that had the eardrum perforated yrs ago. Usually when i get out of the shower, n so even tho i try to avoid water in ears, there is a mix of water also. Rarely my ears have felt itchy but it does not stay for more than a few minutes. It seems to hide and happens once every few yrs. by the time i get to the dr, all that is usually seen are retracted eardrums, bc i have neck disorders. They do not see any ear infection. N ive been several several times. Maybe its intentionally hiding. : D Those molds n funguses n everything are pretty smart lol.. Right now thousands are fooled to believe that candida is nothing more than a yeast infection. My naturophath has advised me to use grounded star anis with Holy basil, and every time I get the numb pain in my ears I get back to it with great results. Give it a try, brew a spoonful of each into a liter of hot water for 5 minutes and drink.
I believe the anis is for the ears and the basil for the intestines.

Hello. My child has been constantly sick for the last 2 years or so. I have done gentle detoxing shakes and saw weird stuff come out. He had a stool test done that came back positive for moderate Entamoeba coli trophozoites/cysts. His provider says it will go away on it's own. However he has swollen nodes, and Lupus like symptoms. The results also state "These results were obtained using wet preparation(s) and trichrome stained smear. This test does not include testing for Cryptosporidium parvum, Cyclospora, or Microsporidia."
I was not content so got a 2nd opinion where I was then told he had streptococci viridans strep G. He has been on the Antibiotic for that. Howwever, I still see a weird swelling happening at times near the spleen/kidney area below lower left rib cage as well as several nodes. He is not allergic to anything as of right now. Gluten or dairy although I treat him as if he is to get him mostly eating plant based. My concern is I can still see some discoloration in skin tone at times and the weird swelling on lower rib cage area. And of course the throat culture results. I am giving probiotics to help get the good stuff back in (seperate from prx).
My question is, are there any other detoxing reccomendations I should do? The Antibiotic is almost gone, but his EOS is still elevated. He has to start a new prx called "LERPILEX" when done. Also how in the heck does a child contract such a bacteria when we are not heavy meat eaters, moreso rarely eat cow meat? Has anyone ever heard of this happening from a vaccine? This new Dr tells me the bacteria was probly on the outside of skin and got in when vaccinated. But I am having a hard time believing that was the case because he was having a lot of health issues prior. But finally for 3 weeks was well with no issues until vaccinated for kinder. The next day the arm was red and swollen. I did notify the people administrating shot, but they didnt seem to think it was odd. I have since learned the nasty effects of vaccines, and I can't trust those who believe in them. He now has anemia from lack of treatment to the Strep.
Please, any advice, tips or suggestions on helpng to get my kiddo healthy again is appreciated. I have never used forums until this site so find it a bit confusing and apologize in advance if I missed something that may be needed or in the wrong forum.

hard areas equal lymph?
I have some hard areas on my head - back of my head off center to the right, and recently, above my right ear.
I think it's lymph crud. I just ordered Lymphomax online.
I know and have castor oil, and am starting to rub some on the area.
I had a LymphStar lymphatic drainage session recently.
I know about rebounding. I don't have one though.
