My husband and I both did The Master Cleanse a couple of years ago and I also did the Clarkia parasite cleanse. I was hoping for something dramatic, like passing an anaconda or something, but was disappointed. I just figured that with three dogs and a cat, we have to have parasites but I didn't see anything. Also, I use the bathroom at least twice a day and I understand that that puts me in the low risk category for parasites, since frequent bowel movements tend to flush out eggs before they hatch. My husband usually goes once, sometimes twice, per day.

From what I'm gathering, this Bowel Cleanse thing is much more necessary and has more dramatic results for those who are chronically constipated and have had long-term poor eating habits.
