i see no difference.  he is just getting older.  maybe his speech was not so rehersed.  he will age faster than someone who eats organic and healthy, but no different than most of the population.  he was never exceptionally smart or bright.  his father didn't think he would do much.  but, he was smart enough to make prez, so have to give him some credit.  that speech comparison is lousy.  he had more energy and less on his mind, plus he was younger.  it is by no means a disease or health issue.  he should just eat better.  i doubt he knows what healthy food is, most people do not.
