I was hoping to avoid all the Sugar if possible via vegetable juicing. But one should not argue with a formula that has worked for decades. So juice it will be.
I read somewhere it might be a bad idea to start with pineapple juice or any overripe fruit as it can cause cramping. I think that is what the post said.
I hope I don't have a tendency to overeat. That was why I was worried about putting in so much sugar. It will bring me down from the heaven of fasting into the hell of wanting food. But hopefully things will be different after a long fast. I know with the short fasts 1-3 days once food was put into my mouth it made want more . I just want to be satisfied with simplicity. Of course the short fasts I never got past the hunger , whereas I think it is passing for the most part now.
I did not know that about upton Sinclair. I will have to look for that post.
Do you eat eggs? If not , why?
