Great post Chrisb1. I have Shelton's Natural Hygiene series of books. I really enjoy them. I purchased them many years ago when I was into Fit For Life by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond.
#83873, I would like to recommend that you water down your juice if you don't already. In reference to when to add solid food, listen to your body. It will tell you. Take it slow. Many people take half as many days or just as many days as they fasted before adding solid food.
I was a vegetarian/vegan for 14 years. I love the vegetable part of it, however the grain part nearly did me in. In my opinion no one should eat vegan. I now eat according to The Weston A. Price foundation filtering it through The Maker's Diet. I raise/grow most of my own food.
