Lugol's vertical drop of 5% Lugols = 6.5mg

They are made differently as well as one is
mcg and the other is mg. You actually have
no valid way to compare them. Thus it becomes
a choice of what are you trying to achieve.
The choice of what product will be made once
you decide what results you personally need.

Started with Detoxified Iodine have 5 bottle may
one day use however for my needs after purchasing
6 bottles found Lugol's to be the correct iodine
for the goals have set for myself.
