Oh sorry just realized i didn't answer your question. I am about 18 pds down. I forgot, I am having really bad headaches , was thinking maybe some toxins were building up because of the lack of elimination.

Do you know where the stomach pain comes from, I had it all up and down from the sternum down. I am hoping to heal from some injuries and I have alot of former prescription med stuff to detox from.

Can you buy enema kits at walgreens?
