Day 17 WF- struggling with pain

Does anyone know when you fast , as the body heals , it revisits old wounds injuries problem areas ? I am feeling really horrible , gigantic visceral pain from sternum to low abdomen. I have had digestive issues in the past and am sure there is parasite /candida issue.

Also my shoulders are extremely painful, had surgery on them in the past, hoping there is some healing going on and not something else. Never fasted this long before don't know quite what to expect.

Does fasting heal neurological dysfunction/nerves?

I have read the numerous benefits but could not find any cases where anything other than the vague category of "pain" , and epilepsy were helped.

Just wondering , want to keep my expectations grounded. I Was looking for a miracle... One can only hope.
