Co-EnzymeQ10 and parasite clean up

I was reading where Dr. Clark's recommendation for parasite clean-up for tough parasites/eggs is taking L-Cysteine, and Co-Enzyme Q10. The suggested dosage was 3000mg for the Co-Enzyme. From what I found at the store today, unless someone knows somewhere to get it that you could direct me to- the Co-Enzyme Q10 I found was only 100mg- cost $21.00 for a bottle of 30 capsules!

Is that the correct dosage recommended- 3000 mg? and for how long of a period of time?

I've had a severe fluke worm infestation, and tape worm, and I am interested in doing the clean-up to get out the tough parasites, and eggs that was recommended, but at $21.00 a day just for the Co-Enzyme Q10 I couldn't afford it. Does that sound right? And what is it the Co-Enzyme Q10 does, and the L-Cysteine?

Thanks for input.
