In HS I was training approx 8 hours a day for 2 years, Sundays were my break and 4 hours was resting. I lifted 700 lbs and numerous other feats which to me were ordinary, I never understood why others thought it a big deal. Reflecting back I realize I really ate very very little, and the main nutrition used for work out was potatoe, peanut butter, honey. and useing chinese herbs. Most the enegy was from breathing, There was a group of us who were always practicing breath control, I could hold my breath for 2 minutes while doing work.
