Thanks Chris for the link. I had seen that in the past but forgot about it. It is still kind of vague in the later stages, but I guess it all just works itself out if you follow the initial steps and proceed slowly and cautiously.
I noticed in the Sheldon article it talked about a "voracious hunger" that lasts for two or more weeks after the breaking of the water fast.
What are you thoughts on that, can you eat more salad? Don't eat, or just in general curb your calories to 800 or so because of the slowed metabolism.
