I was given the dry yellow powder form of nystatin and it helped alot with the thrush, sore throat, chest burning and buring stomach. Push on your doctor for the yellow powder it does work well. As far as I know there is no Sugar in it and it does not taste like its sweetened. And you are right you do not want any medications or suppliemnts with sugars, yeast, soy, milk,gluten which will agrrevate your problem. Is your doctor a candida doctor or a general MD? Tweet
