Have you started the candida diet yet? I was not clear on that point from your post. If you have a situation where the candida is getting worse, this could be why it does not take as much or as long for you to feel the bloat. I know that for me, whan my symptoms were just starting, it was not so bad, but as things progressed and got worse, I could not put a thing in my mouth without getting bloated afterwards.
It is fine to take a multi, and I think a probiotic is a good idea as well, tho some seem to think not to take them until after you have been on the diet for a while - but I disagree with that (just my opinion) and think you are fine to take them from day 1, as long as you don't get an allergic reaction to them.
