You have to really like garlic to drink this. Or really hate your candida. Or both :)
Bring 1 qt. of water to a boil.
Turn off heat and add 4 large crushed cloves of garlic (you don't have to peel them)
Add the juice of one lemon. Let steep for 20 minutes. Strain. Drink a quart a day.

Instead of lemon, I use a 1" knob of fresh ginger, very thinly sliced, and a 3" piece of cinnamon stick. Great flavor and they are both candida fighters.
