I'll ask you the same question. Why is it your favorite? The way it tastes, the feeling you get from it, a particular health benefit?
The answer is yes to all the above. Most of all, I just feel better with sesame oil, more alert, the world seems brighter. I think the sesame oil tends to absorb more of the toxins it stirs up. I never feel quite as clean-if that is the right word-with other oils. However, I tried sesame oil with a Liver Flush and it was pretty much a dud. I feel the best thing to do is experiment and discover what works best for you.
