Thanks for the response. The main reason for the concern w/ plain yogurt is that it still has 10 grams of Sugar per serving. I usually eat vanilla flavored which has about 33 grams per serving, but I haven't had any since I have been on this diet. I would like to have plain yogurt if it is okay, it is just that the 10 grams kind of concern me. Also, since I haven't eaten yogurt while on diet, I am taking a a tablespoon of flax seed oil twice a day. So this 10 grams should be okay?
