Re: A blade of grass and timelessness

"Whenever I walk in the woods, I anticipate meeting myself coming from the opposing direction." !!! That image, that thought, thrills and startles and delights me beyond words! Infinite Love, you have just mocked time and space, the most imprisoning of all the illusions we have in this realm! In the forests and in other moments when I am not self aware, when I'm totally captivated by a mushroom I just found or a perfectly curved hunk of garlic I am about the chop.. while I haven't exactly "caught something out of the corner of my eye", I've, well, sensed something else, something good nearby, but if I think to much about it, or try to touch, engage it, it will slip away; like trying to hold on to light or liquids. These things happen rarely.
Since I have been following CZ, I have decided that angels are slipping about like so much silk between time and space. Or are these slips of silk the wee folk of old?
How strange to be lonely in crowds talking about movie stars and sports plays, but to find the invisible space, when lost in contemplation/refelction/wonder--to find these spaces friendly and non-lonely?
