What a strange and uneducated advice !!! Don't put toxins back in your body but please always wear sunscreen which is all made from toxic chemicals ( titanium dioxide , zinc oxide ), etc.

Better read this Good article :

I don't agree with the Baked potato advice either . Baking it will kill all natural vitamins and enzymes and will make the potato hard to digest . I've used raw potatoes and raw potato juice and let me tell you they are excellent skin food.
