My first time I lasted 4 or 5 days. I was hungry!!! I don't even eat much, but I never got to the point where I felt great and had lots of energy and wasn't hungry.
I think, for me, I'm going to have to work up to it slowly. I'm getting a new juicer tomorrow and I'll begin fasting on Thursday. I'm going to shoot for 7 days. If I feel like I can, I'll go for 14.
