2-3 poached eggs and some steamed broccoli/cabbage with lots of butter/ghee, garlic (beware of smell!) and spices.. Fills you up with protein, fats and pungent herbs for the candida..
For other convenient candida breakfasts; canned sardines, herring with some steamed or cooked greens.. Left-overs from yesterdays dinner. Pumpkin seeds (good against parasites and lots of magnesium, zinc and selenium..)
Just wanted to add that your nickname describes very well my state of mind.. I am currently focusing on parasites, bowel and Liver Cleanses too apart from basic adrenal support protocol. I have done 3 flushes and it may be that my hives are receding a little bit. However, it's far too early to tell yet.
