It's not a problem for me as I have an alternative bank account so I can transfer the money into that (or opt for direct deposit into that account next time) but for others without a bank account. The principle of them taking people's $5.00 fee on unemployment is just revolting. I want to know how many times that collect that fee in NYS each month and what Chase's assets are. Typical mafia shakedown, is what I think.
