How do you diagnose colom cancer unconventionally?

Is this possible? I really don't want to take the conventional colonoscopy or sigmidoscopy because I am very constipated,bleeding at times,and feel I have some blockage. I don't want to have things poked in me especially when you have to sign a release for these tests. I also don't want to swallow anything like barium as I am afraid of making my system more plugged up than it is. I know there is a blood test and stool samples and not sure how good they are. None of the three doctors I went to will order those tests as they all want me to have the colonoscopy.

So what is the best non-evasive procedure if you can't do it unconventially? And would you be able to do it without a doctor ordering it?
