Er...I've been taking magnesium, selenium (yeast-based, smelly tablet!), zinc, and vitamin C (calcium ascorbate with bioflavonoids). The floravital (liquid iron gluconate & herbs; has some B vitamins in it). I've been making my drink of apple cider vinegar (Bragg's), brewer's yeast (wheat-free), raw honey, and raw bee pollen. And iodine, which I stopped the other day to let my body have some rest. My diet hasn't changed much otherwise.
I think my thyroid is changing, though. Hot & cold body temp changes, sometimes sweaty, sometimes feeling cold. I've read about fluoride causing brown stains on the teeth, but these are new...coming out somehow? I don't know.
