Help for eye injury

I gave myself a might good scratch on the upper white part of my eye and an infection that has worked into the cornea. No damage to vision and I've been given steroid and Antibiotic eye drops. Is there anything natural that could help heal this faster that I could use in conjunction? I've alread tried Colloidal Silver but I sense it is not strong enough. Tweet
