One thing we can all agree on is that exercise is important for good health. Here is a simple exercise that can burn a lot of calories if you do it right. You don't need a personal trainer to do it, either. All you need is some personal insight.
THE EXERCISE: Point your finger at a person, then look down at your hand and see how many fingers are pointing back at yourself.
