Cold Feet? Unusual? Reaction to vaccination?

Hello there,

I am hoping someone on this forum can help me or tell me where to go for help. My boyfriend, who is my own "personal furnace" because he is always hot (great for thos cold winter nights) has cold feet. No this isn't about getting married but really, his feet have been cold since yesterday afternoon, and nothing will help them feel warmer. We have him wrapped in a heating pad with blankets and when I touch his feet they are still cold to the touch.

We took his temperature and it was 96.4!!!! I called the nurse line last night just to make sure (he has no other symptoms) and he did have a physical on Friday (2 days before his feet started freezing) and they gave him a tetanus booster and diptheria vaccine. (sp?) I was upset when he told me he let them give him a shot, so I called the doctors to make sure it didn't have thimerosal in it. They confirmed it didn't. The nurse said that it could be a reaction from the shot.

Can anyone comment on this and let me know if this is something we should be worried about? He doesn't drink too often, he may have had a couple drinks on Friday night and then the prior weekend we went to a Halloween party and he got drunk, but he doesn't drink during the week, and only occasionally on the weekends.

Neither of us smoke. I did give him a deep tissue hour massage yesterday afternoon, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it?
