Stool form is excellent and only going once every day or sometimes even less often. I am wondering though - do you think steamed organic peas are okay on the procedure? I always chew them well to ensure any fibre in the shell is digested... they don't seem to cause any negative reaction...:S
I am however finding it really hard to get the calories in on the diet. Any tips for boosting calorie intake and food that tastes nice? to add to it - its just the steamed veg is getting a bit bland.
