Re: A Buttload of Contradictions....

I am very new to 'natural' lifestyle and mostly focusing on food at this point but I am curious about the bathing/water and tea comments
Thanks for the thread to the original poster.

What do you mean by never boil tea? should my tea always be cold?
hot tea is nice. as a newbie reader i cannot interpret what you are saying.
or should i heat only and not let the water reach a certain temperature?
i recently purchased green tea from Japan and it says specifically to only boil water up to 115 degree. anything hotter would ruin the brew and taste of the tea.
is this what you mean?

I dont feel i could ever take a 55 degree cold bath. i feel i'd probably drop temperature too much and catch a cold from drastically reduced body temp.
i usually take a hot bath with minerals in them. it just feels good!
what do you mean by slap bath?

and pitch the towels? are you saying we should get rid of them?

please explain.
