Morning wakeup: tea, small unsweetened cranberry juice, water breakfast: oatmeal w/ raisins - sometimes butter & cane sugar snack: 1/2 apple lunch: veggie burger or salad or sausage w/ veggies snack: cauliflower, broccoli, carrots w/ small amount of dressing snack: almonds or white albacore tuna w/ high fiber crackers dinner: salad or veggie burger or tuna snack dessert: small pineapple juice and/or frozen fruit water: approx 1.5 liters all day
Her diet doesn't go against Curezone dietary recommendations. It's fruits, vegetables, and veggie burgers. This sort of diet is exactly what is recommended on this site. Short of being a breatharian, or someone who only eats fruit, this is a typical healthy-eating Curezone member diet for those of us who goes to the cleanse and diet forums.
