Theres a park close to my place and it has a path made of pretty large black stones set in concrete. I think it comes from old Japanese reflexology studies which states something like every part of the body is reflected on our feet.
Well for the past week I've been walking barefoot down this path, prob about 40meters with a lot of the old people in the park. At first it my feet hurt like hell but the past few days it has stopped hurting.
Do you know much about these walking stones? Will they be good for circulation of the feet?
