Try to work a good Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil into your diet for whatever you can eat. I have friends with similar problems and good Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil helped them. You can also take small sips throughout the day and get the same benefit.

In Korea, doctors prescribe good Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil for some of the problems you mention.
