welcome to curezone. You should find much help here.
If I were in the same predicament, and after eliminating any other causes as you seem to have done, I would suspect a faulty digestion; weak digestion can cause putrefaction and fermentation of the food that you are eating, resulting in abdominal pain, halitosis (bad breath) and unwanted body odour. These can be symptoms of your body attempting to detox thru the lungs and skin.
I would firstly like to ask how is your appetite?: do you become hungry at all? because if not, your body is using your digestive energy for healing and cleansing and to do so will greatly diminish or suspend the desire for food entirely.
I would personally undertake a short Water Fast of several days duration to give your digestion a rest from the food your body is not calling for, and then break it on fresh organic juices for a few days and then repeat the process. A longer fast would be more effective though.
If you would like to know more about fasting and how it helps digestion, cleansing and healing you might want to visit the fasting forums, especially the water and general fasting forums with regards to more help.
Want of appetite is the main signal that your digestive energy is needed elsewhere, and I think it would be wise to listen to what your body is telling you.
